Pemerintah telah menetapkan Hari- hari Libur Nasional dan Cuti Bersama Tahun 2012 melalui Surat Keputusan Bersama ( SKB) 3 Menteri yang ditetapkan di Jakarta pada tanggal 13 Juli 2011. SKB 3 Menteri ini menetapkan Hari Libur Nasional pada tahun 2012 sebanyak 14 hari, sedang jumlah cuti bersama sebanyak 5 hari. Penetapan hari Libur Nasional dan Cuti Bersama ini disahkan dengan Surat Keputusan --
